獎項介紹：

本獎項為第二年舉辦，是為了鼓勵公共衛生社會科學領域的優秀論文。獎項由趙文心女士及其家族為紀念其父「趙廷舉」先生而設，該家族成員之一為慈濟大學公共衛生學系朱正一教授。

獲獎著作中文摘要：
人工智能 (AI) 在健康領域的應用不斷增加，AI 醫療決策輔助系統之態度 (簡稱 AI 態度) 的影響因子仍有討論空間。根據過往文獻，本研究提出 AMAILED 模型 (Acceptance of Medical Artificial Intelligence by Literacy, Efficiency, and Distrust)，檢驗健康識能 (health literacy)、數位識能 (digital literacy)、AI 不信任度 (distrust of AI)、對 AI 效率的覺知 (perceived efficiency of AI) 等因子對 AI 態度的預測狀況。於 2020 年，以問卷調查蒐集信度尚佳 (n=1363，Cronbach’s α: 0.66 至 0.87) 之資料，搭配部分最小平方法結構方程模式 (partial  least  squares  structural  equation modeling，PLS-SEM) 做中介分析。結果顯示健康促進與數位識能皆為民眾對醫療 AI 態度的影響因子，且對 AI 不信任度與 AI 效率覺知確實都是中介因子。AI 態度與識能、AI 信任度、AI 效率覺知有複雜的關係，值得未來繼續探究。
